Foxmark: A tradition that warms for generations

Home is not just a place. It is a feeling. The feeling that comes when you close the door behind you, put away your frozen jacket and settle into the warmth. It is precisely for these moments that we have been designing and manufacturing stoves for more than 30 years.

We are Foxmark – a traditional Czech manufacturer of fireplace and pellet stoves, fireplace inserts and accessories. In the foothills of the Lusatian Mountains, we continue a long-standing craft tradition and combine it with modern technologies and current heating requirements.

Company history

Our story began in 1992, when Václav Cintl Sr. and his partners bought the hall of the state-owned company Rukov during the privatization. At that time, a wide range of products were produced here - from strain gauges to heating segments.

Over time, our founding father decided to bet everything on one card and focused exclusively on the production of stoves. In 1995, the family company HAAS + SOHN Rukov was established. From the very beginning, we believed that stoves should be more than just a source of heat. They should be a natural part of the home. A place where it is good even when the weather outside is inclement.

Thanks to the initial support of the Austrian group HAAS + SOHN, we gradually became a major stove manufacturer in Central Europe. Our products have found their place in thousands of households in the Czech Republic and abroad. Nevertheless, we have remained true to where we come from, honest production, emphasis on quality and respect for craftsmanship.

Our goal was to offer customers top-notch products, which is why we put together our own team of designers and built our own testing facilities. We develop, test and fine-tune new products until they meet the demands we ourselves place on them.

Each model undergoes thorough development, testing and certification by independent authorities before we launch it on the market. Thanks to this, our stoves meet strict European standards and bring the most important thing – warmth and security that you can rely on every day.

Change is life, or Time to let the fox out into the world and into your home

As technology and our know-how advanced, the time was right for a major step. In 2026, we decided to start writing a completely new chapter in our own right. The natural outcome of this freedom was the new Foxmark brand with its distinctive fox in the logo.

Our name and visual identity have changed. However, the essentials have remained the same. We still design and manufacture stoves in the Czech Republic, we still build on the experience gained over more than three decades, and we still believe that true quality comes from combining honest craftsmanship and a responsible approach.

The fox in our logo symbolizes the ability to adapt, find smart solutions, and go your own way. That's exactly what Foxmark is.

Fox service

Our relationship with our customers does not end with the selection and installation of the stove. We want the stove to serve you reliably for many years and bring exactly what you expect from it - warmth, comfort and security.

Whether you need advice on maintenance, choosing the right fuel, the correct heating procedure or accessories, you can contact our customer care team. It is headed by Mojmír Středa, who has been involved in the heating sector for more than twenty years and has helped thousands of customers find answers to their questions during that time.

Because good service is not an extra service for us. It is a natural part of a job well done.

Honest Czech craftsmanship

All Foxmark stoves are made in Jiřetín pod Jedlovou, at the foot of the Lusatian Mountains. It is here that we continue the long-standing tradition of Czech craftsmanship and combine it with modern technologies and current requirements for efficient and ecological heating.

Each model undergoes careful development, testing and production. We believe that a quality stove is not just a product. We believe that a quality stove is not just a product. They are the heart of the home - a place that brings warmth, comfort and unites the family.

Research and development

Behind every Foxmark stove is meticulous development. In our own development center, we design, test and improve new solutions that advance comfort, safety and heating efficiency. At the same time, we also offer our experience and technical know-how to other manufacturers and business partners who are looking for a reliable partner for development and innovation.

What is our domain? Project processing from A to Z

The R&D department processes complex development projects focused on the development of pellet and fireplace stoves, inserts and gas appliances. The department consists of a team of experienced designers and technicians with many years of experience in the field. We can offer personnel and technical capacities for solving development projects, especially in the field of sheet metal processing and welding. We process development projects from A to Z, i.e. from the development of an idea, through design, sampling, certification to the introduction into serial production.

Applied research

We carry out applied research in the field of solid fuel combustion and combustion chamber design. The company's development and testing center in Jiřetín pod Jedlovou is equipped with a modern test facility for testing combustion chambers of all types. Five test stations provide sufficient capacity for testing a wide range of heaters, including devices with a hot water exchanger. Diagnostics of the combustion process is provided by measuring equipment and evaluation software.
